1. Order Processing Time

  • Business Days: Our order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Cut-off Time: Paid orders received before 4:00 PM (UTC+8) on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

    1、By default, we provide free shipping service and deliver via standard economy express.

    3、Some remote areas or countries/regions restricted by customs policies may not be serviceable. The checkout system will automatically validate if your address is within our delivery coverage.

3. Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping times are calculated from the date the package is handed over to the carrier and do not include customs clearance time. Delays in customs are beyond our control.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address, product weight & dimensions, and the selected shipping method. They will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email containing a tracking number and a link for inquiries. You can use this number to track your package’s status on the carrier’s official website.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are potential additional charges for international shipments. These fees are levied by the destination country/region.
  • The buyer is fully responsible for paying all such duties, taxes, and handling charges. We cannot estimate or control these fees as customs policies vary by country.
  • Your local post office or courier may contact you to pay these fees to complete delivery when your package clears customs. Please contact your country’s customs authority for more information.

6. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged Packages)

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Lost/Damaged Package: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at [help@nightlush.com]. We will assist you in filing an investigation claim with the carrier. Claim processing takes time, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
  • Package Not Received But Marked Delivered: Please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If still not found, please contact us within 48 hours of discovery so we can initiate an investigation.
