Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (according to shipping carrier records).
All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or modified will not be accepted.
📦 Before Returning an Item
Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue on our part.
✅ Quality-Related Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within the warranty period with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
⚠️ Please Note:
Keep both the product and its original packaging until your case is fully resolved. Packaging may vary slightly between batches, but this does not affect product quality.
Important Notes
- Please inspect your order carefully before opening to ensure the items are undamaged and correct.
- Each order is eligible for only one after-sales service request.
- Returns/refunds are not accepted if:
- The product is correct but the color does not match personal preference.
- Intimate garments that have been worn(Due to hygiene reasons, all sales on intimate items are final)
How to Return
- Contact Us
Email help@nightlush.com with your order details (name, order number, reason for return). We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address in China. - Prepare Your Return
Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Only unopened and resalable products can be accepted. - Ship Your Return
Send the package using a trackable shipping method. Email us the tracking number and carrier name once shipped. - Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect the return, and confirm the item is in resalable condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days using your original payment method.
If you do not receive your refund within 3 business days after we confirm acceptance, please contact us at help@nightlush.com.
